A mers sau nu a mers? Este tentant s\u0103 \u00eencerci s\u0103 ar\u0103\u021bi datele astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 pui reflectoarele pe aspectele pozitive. Dar cred c\u0103 e mai important s\u0103 tragi concluzii c\u00e2t mai clare cu privire la ce a mers \u0219i ce nu anul acesta de Black Friday pentru a \u0219ti ce ai de f\u0103cut anul viitor. <br>R\u0103spunsul cel mai simplu la \u00eentrebarea cum a fost Black Friday 2022 este&#8230; <em>depinde<\/em>. Pe toate cele 34 de magazine online comparativ cu aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 cu anul trecut am \u00eenregistrat cu aproximativ 13% mai pu\u021bini utilizatori \u0219i 11% mai pu\u021bine tranzac\u021bii. Din surse paid (google \/ cpc \u0219i facebook \/ cpc) \u00een schimb am reu\u0219it s\u0103 avem cre\u0219teri year over year: 3.85% mai mul\u021bi useri fa\u021b\u0103 de anul trecut \u0219i cu 13.35% mai multe tranzac\u021bii dec\u00e2t anul trecut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este de men\u021bionat a\u0219adar c\u0103 overall rezultatele de anul acesta au fost cam cu 10-11% mai jos ca anul trecut dar din sursele paid am reu\u0219it s\u0103 cre\u0219tem totu\u0219i cu 13-14% fa\u021b\u0103 de anul acesta. La fel \u0219i loialitatea clien\u021bilor.<br><strong>Facebook<\/strong> este un canal care scade \u00een importan\u021b\u0103. \u00cen general, nu doar de Black Friday. Am \u00eenregistrat diferen\u021be foarte mari \u00een sursele paid la magazinele online care au \u00eenceput mai devreme (evolu\u021bie pozitiv\u0103) vs. cele care \u00eencep doar de joi spre vineri noapte (stagnare sau evolu\u021bie negativ\u0103 vs. anul trecut). Din punct de vedere al campaniilor paid acestea au nevoie de o etap\u0103 de learning pe care o po\u021bi avea pe luni \/ mar\u021bi astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 tot cre\u0219ti bugetul \u0219i amprenta campaniilor de performance media spre joi-vineri. <br>\u00cen continuare weekendul a fost unul bun. Nu opri campaniile vineri la final de zi ci prelunge\u0219te-le \u0219i pe weekend. Anul acesta nu le-am oprit ci au mers \u00een paralel cu campaniile cu mesaj dedicat de Black Friday \u0219i aceast\u0103 continuitate ne-a ajutat s\u0103 nu avem probleme de livrare a campaniilor \u00een niciun moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum st\u0103m pe principalele surse de trafic, comparativ pe 2021 vs. 2022.  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Raportul cel mai important de analizat din Google Analytics pentru un magazin online este cel de Acquisition&nbsp;\/ All&nbsp;Traffic Sources \u00een care po\u021bi vedea rezultatele principalelor surse de trafic de unde vin utilizatorii. Urm\u0103toarea surs\u0103 de trafic, la fooarte mare distan\u021b\u0103 a fost traficul direct \u0219i mai apoi facebook \/ cpc. De asemenea, la nivel de revenue nu a mai adus nici 20% din totalul de conversii ci doar 18.22% vs. 28.64% din totalul de conversii anul trecut. O alt\u0103 surs\u0103 de trafic cu o <strong>sc\u0103dere mare este traficul din facebook organic care a sc\u0103zut de la 6.65% \u00een 2021 la doar 5.58% \u00een 2022 <\/strong> \u0219i a adus \u00een anul acesta doar 2.90% din totalul de revenue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La capitolul cre\u0219teri, avem \u00een primul r\u00e2nd <strong>sursa google \/ cpc care a reu\u0219it s\u0103 acopere sc\u0103derea foarte mare din google \u0219i facebook organic<\/strong>. \u00cen continuare google \/ cpc a fost principala surs\u0103 de trafic cu 36.11% din ponderea total\u0103 de utilizatori dar care <strong>a adus \u0219i cele mai multe tranzac\u021bii, aproape jum\u0103tate din total, mai exact 48.83% din totalul de tranzac\u021bii<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avem \u0219i c\u00e2teva canale care <strong>s-au men\u021binut: traficul direct, facebook \/ cpc, email \/ newsletter<\/strong>. Men\u021binerea traficului direct arat\u0103 c\u0103 interesul utilizatorilor pentru un anume magazin online a r\u0103mas activ\u0103 \u0219i anul acesta. Facebook \/ cpc a reu\u0219it s\u0103 men\u021bin\u0103 acela\u0219i rezultate ca anul trecut, doar ceva mai pu\u021bini utilizatori. Email \/ newsletter este un canal care a adus acela\u0219i revenue ca anul trecut, foarte aproape de valoarea din traficul direct dar care \u00een continuare este un canal nefolosit la adev\u0103ratul s\u0103u poten\u021bial. A adus 47.92% din totalul de tranzac\u021bii de pe site-urile analizate vs. doar 18.22% traficul organic<\/strong>. <br> Costul pe click \u00een campaniile google \/ cpc a sc\u0103zut anul acesta \u0219i aceasta este o alt\u0103 surpriz\u0103 pl\u0103cut\u0103 din partea acestui canal. <strong>A sc\u0103zut CPC-ul cu 5% fa\u021b\u0103 de 2021<\/strong>, de la 0.62 lei anul trecut pe click la 0.59 lei anul acesta. <br> <strong>52% din totalul de trafic din google \/ cpc a venit din campaniile Performance Max. Este strategia cu ponderea cea mai mare din totalul de trafic<\/strong>. Este o strategie deja obligatorie pentru orice magazin online \u0219i chiar orice business. De asemenea, am comparat rezultatele Performance Max de anul acesta cu cele de Shopping Ads de anul trecut: avem cu 3% mai pu\u021bine tranzac\u021bii dat cu 40% mai mult revenue generat fa\u021b\u0103 de anul trecut. Prin urmare, aceste campanii au ajuns la utilizatori mai califica\u021bi, poate chiar \u0219i la clien\u021bi existen\u021bi care au avut acum o valoare medie a co\u0219ului mult mai mare ca anul trecut.
