Cum va decurge urm\u0103torul proces de recrutare, ce oameni vom g\u0103si \u0219i cum vor influen\u021ba ei organiza\u021bia \u0219i spiritul ei?<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una dintre p\u0103l\u0103riile mele, \u00een agen\u021bie, este aceea de HR Manager, iar acest rol \u00eel g\u0103sesc ca fiind cel mai provocator. Scopul este acela de a ne alinia principiilor dup\u0103 care ne ghid\u0103m \u00een activitatea de zi cu zi \u0219i a ni le \u00eensu\u0219i ca fiind proprii.
