At\u00e2t din perspectiv\u0103 B2B (angajatori) c\u00e2t \u0219i B2C (angaja\u021bi). Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 obiectivul de generare de lead-uri, un alt obiectiv secundar a fost \u0219i cel de cre\u0219tere a vizibilit\u0103\u021bii brandului HAYS pentru ambele publicuri \u021bint\u0103. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te angaja\u021bii, obiectivul a fost o comunicare c\u00e2t mai specific\u0103 c\u0103tre multiple categorii de angaja\u021bi: Business Services, Sales, Life Sciences, Accountancy and Finance, Engineering and Manufacturing, Human Resources, Marketing \u0219i IT. Pentru fiecare din aceste categorii au existat creative personalizate, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t mesajul s\u0103 fie c\u00e2t mai relevant pentru respectivul public \u021bint\u0103.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategia abordat\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Abordarea a avut ca principal focus personalizarea mesajului. Personalizarea mesajului pentru cele dou\u0103 publicuri \u021bint\u0103 principale, dar mai apoi \u0219i pentru fiecare categorie de job-uri. De aici \u0219i split-ul bugetului de promovare, care a fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit \u00eent\u00e2i \u00eentre cele dou\u0103 categorii principale (angaja\u021bi \u0219i angajatori) \u0219i mai apoi c\u0103tre 8 domenii din care face parte publicul \u021bint\u0103.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasul 1 <\/strong><strong>\u2013 <\/strong><strong>\u00eemp\u0103r\u021birea bugetului de promovare (media split)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cemp\u0103r\u021birea bugetului \u00eentre B2B \u0219i B2C a fost 50%-50%. Jum\u0103tate din tot bugetul de promovare a mers c\u0103tre campania de B2B unde nu am segmentat mai \u00een profunzime (angajatori din IT, angajatori din finance etc.) date fiind \u0219i audien\u021bele restr\u00e2nse pe acest tip de public. Restul de 50% din buget a fost distribuit mai apoi c\u0103tre cele 8 categorii de job-uri prezentate mai sus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasul 2 <\/strong><strong>\u2013 <\/strong><strong>alegerea platformelor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00e2t \u00een cazul B2B, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een cazul B2C, am ales trei platforme principale: Google Ads, Meta Ads \u0219i LinkedIn Ads. Motivul pentru care am ales \u00een split \u0219i Meta a \u021binut de obiectivul secundar al campaniei, acela de cre\u0219tere a vizibilit\u0103\u021bii brandului Hays. Ponderea Meta \u00een split-ul final nu a fost mai mult de 20%-30%. Canalul principal \u0219i motorul campaniilor de performance de generare de lead-uri a fost \u00een cazul acesta LinkedIn. Pentru B2B am alocat 60% din totalul de buget \u0219i 50% \u00een campaniile de B2C. Motivul pentru care am ales LinkedIn este \u0219i specificul campaniei, despre joburi, recrutare \/ schimbare de job poten\u021bial, iar LinkedIn este locul cel mai potrivit la nivel de mindset \u0219i moment \u00een care am putea targeta utilizatorii. \u00cen Google Ads ne-am concentrat pe campanii de Google Search generale \u0219i specifice. Campanii generale legate de ghid salarial \u0219i un benchmark la nivel de salarii &#8211; pentru publicul B2B &#8211; \u0219i mai apoi campanii specifice de genul <em>categorie job + salariu <\/em>pentru a putea targeta mai specific nevoia utilizatorilor pe o anumit\u0103 direc\u021bie de joburi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasul 3 <\/strong><strong>\u2013 <\/strong><strong>Adaptarea mesajelor \u00een func\u021bie de public<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum spuneam \u0219i \u00een partea de abordare strategic\u0103, s-a dorit foarte mult personalizarea pe c\u00e2t posibil a mesajului pentru publicul \u021bint\u0103, Hays fiind ini\u021biatorul acestei idei \u0219i creatorul mesajelor personalizate de pe vizualurile specifice. Pentru a face asta am avut un buget dedicat mai granular pentru fiecare categorie de job-uri \u0219i, evident, mesaje dedicate. La fel, la nivel de adaptare a mesajului, am ales s\u0103 comunic\u0103m \u00een englez\u0103, at\u00e2t pentru a putea targeta \u0219i poten\u021biali expa\u021bi pe pozi\u021bii de management (pentru B2B), dar \u0219i pentru c\u0103 pe LinkedIn majoritatea utilizatorilor din Rom\u00e2nia au platforma \u00een limba englez\u0103 (pentru campaniile B2C). Rata de click ne spune c\u00e2t de relevant este anun\u021bul nostru pentru audien\u021ba targetat\u0103 \u0219i are un efect direct mai apoi asupra costului pe click. Plec\u00e2nd \u0219i de la obiectivul de expunere c\u00e2t mai mare, am \u021binut cont s\u0103 optimiz\u0103m campaniile astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 ia c\u00e2t mai multe click-uri \u00een bugetul dedicat. Pentru a lua c\u00e2t mai multe click-uri am avut nevoie \u0219i de un cost pe click c\u00e2t mai redus pe care \u00eel puteam ob\u021bine dac\u0103 aveam o rat\u0103 de click bun\u0103. Pentru a putea analiza separat rata de click pe diferite categorii de joburi, am construit adset-uri \u0219i ad group-uri dedicate, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 putem analiza c\u00e2t mai bine rezultatele.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul Meta, optimiz\u0103rile au \u021binut cont de audien\u021be \u0219i de costul per ac\u021biune. \u00cenc\u0103 de la \u00eenceput au fost targetate mai multe audien\u021be, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 ajungem la un public c\u00e2t mai divers, dar s\u0103 \u0219i vedem ce audien\u021b\u0103 func\u021bioneaz\u0103 cel mai bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Google Ads rata de click a fost una peste medie, de aproximativ 33% \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care rata de click medie pentru o campanie de search \u00een Rom\u00e2nia este undeva \u00eentre 8 \u0219i 10%. Acest rezultat foarte bun ne-a ajutat s\u0103 avem un scor de calitate foarte bun pentru campanie \u0219i pentru \u00eentreg contul \u0219i astfel am reu\u0219it s\u0103 optimiz\u0103m costurile de promovare. Cea mai bun\u0103 a fost \u00een cazul grupului dedicat de Life Science, cu o rat\u0103 de click foarte mare, de peste 66%, aproape dubl\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de media campaniei, fiind urmat\u0103 de campania dedicat\u0103 pe speciali\u0219tii din resurse umane. Acest lucru ne arat\u0103 interesul foarte mare pentru aceast\u0103 campanie \u0219i relevan\u021ba crescut\u0103 a mesajului pentru publicul \u021bint\u0103 targetat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"297\" height=\"250\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/jk-hUmgJ_CNBx3Kr9tSpQ3swmVaEHx_JEmf571aPR-3m6MDQ4oo9Z3iCHG1dJX5A6jkEQpKZ21gD6AgTPOZ0kd7by_HC_zAmEGjHQZW5A8BVozK0hSrQ-Ufh_DVp3qLgryki_nWvt_-PZtS3kpi18lY\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acela\u0219i lucru s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat \u0219i \u00een LinkedIn, unde rata de click a fost peste media de 1% a acestui canal \u0219i un cost pe click similar cu cel al unei campanii de Google Search: 0.52EUR. Aici cea mai bun\u0103 audien\u021b\u0103 a fost cea de IT, urmat\u0103 de sales \u0219i engineering la nivel de rat\u0103 de click. Un poten\u021bial bun am observat la nivel de cost pe click \u0219i pe audien\u021ba de Life Science unde am \u0219i avut cele mai bune costuri de promovare. Rata de click redus\u0103 \u0219i un cost pe click mare am avut pe audien\u021be legat de marketing \u0219i HR; acest lucru poate fi cauzat de expunerea \u0219i targetarea constante a acestor categorii de public \u021bint\u0103 \u00een campanii de ads pe LinkedIn.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"624\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/SHyytEMNlv94iltlhtf72ApNWHfwy_ACJA4EggUfz0euVx7v4ScrynUaHbRwkr7-Q1LJjIVTChSR4Nh5YjpadIBaATagO9cDQ2lN1hNApnVs9o4SCq46rlGIBp0RLu_UO2S9y8nKC3YYUTCmvKvqUGE\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te obiectivul principal, cel de generare de lead-uri, aici am adus cu 7,8% mai mult dec\u00e2t anul trecut \u0219i am ob\u021binut \u00een final un cost per lead de doar 5,29 EUR.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rezultatele campaniei<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum spuneam \u0219i mai sus, am reu\u0219it s\u0103 ob\u021binem un num\u0103r de lead-uri cu 7,8% mai mare ca \u00een campania din 2022. De asemenea, la nivel de vizibilitate am ob\u021binut un total de 350.000 de afi\u0219\u0103ri ale tuturor campaniilor desf\u0103\u0219urate \u00eentr-un interval de aproximativ 8 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni.
